We offer simple, standard shipping across the United States for 4.99 on any item, FREE SHIPPING is offered on any order(s) $75.00 and up.

 

Expedited Shipping on any item shipping within the United States is 9.99 and will arrive in approximately 1-2 business days

 

 

 



 


 

 

Order Processing Time

 


Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.


Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at 23servicedesk@dasoulink.com within  7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship as soon as they become available.
  • You will be notified of expected delivery times at checkout and via email updates.
